How does the £400 introductory credit work?
New firms receive £400 in Olimey credit when their account goes live, valid for 4 weeks. That covers 20 Source of Wealth analyses, or a mix with ID verification.
Buy a prepaid package within those 4 weeks and unused introductory credit is added alongside the package’s extra credit. It expires on the same date as that purchase’s credits. Without a purchase, the introductory credit expires after 4 weeks.
How do prices, credits and expiry work?
One credit provides £1 of Olimey service value. Source of Wealth analysis uses 20 credits per person; optional ID verification uses 5. Charges are per person, per matter. Prices exclude VAT.
Prepaid credit can be used across both services and expires 3 months after purchase. Separate purchases keep their own expiry dates. Pay as you go does not require a prepaid balance.
What do giftors and follow-up analysis cost?
A giftor is a separate person for pricing: £20 for Source of Wealth analysis, plus £5 if you add optional ID verification. Gift-letter preparation is included in the giftor’s analysis price. Prices exclude VAT; prepaid packages reduce the effective rates.
Follow-up questions, additional documents and analysis reruns for the same person on the same matter do not incur another Source of Wealth analysis charge. The price is per person, not per question or upload.
