Olimey referral promotion terms

Draft: not yet published. These terms are awaiting approval and may change before the promotion starts.

1 Promoter

The promotion is operated by Lex Sentinel Limited, trading as Olimey, of 24-28 Bloomsbury Way, London, WC1A 2SN. Contact support@olimey.ai with questions or referral disputes. Effective date: [publication date]. Version: 2026-10-03-draft-1.

2 Eligibility

The promotion is available to firms eligible to use Olimey. The referring firm must have a confirmed Olimey registration. The referred firm must be a genuinely new firm, with no existing Olimey account or confirmed waiting-list registration. Both may be on the waiting list. Individuals participating must be authorised to act for their firms.

Invitations to colleagues, additional branches or users of the same firm, self-referrals and referrals between firms under common ownership or control do not qualify. An unconfirmed invitation or incomplete registration alone does not make a firm ineligible.

3 How to qualify

The new firm must apply a valid referral code, verify its email address and explicitly confirm its registration with that code selected. Each firm's eligibility must be established as part of registration. Opening an email or link alone does not qualify. No purchase, payment, account activation or first use is required to earn the reward.

4 The reward

On qualifying confirmed registration, an award of £100 in free Olimey service credits is fixed for the referred firm and an award of £100 for the referring firm. Each firm's award is added to its balance when that firm has access to Olimey's live services, or straight away if it already has access. Credits belong to the firms, not their individual staff. Waiting-list status does not prevent or reduce the award; it only affects when the credits are added. A referring firm may earn rewards for multiple separate qualifying firms.

5 Code selection and competing invitations

The valid code selected when the new firm confirms registration determines the referral. Sending an invitation first, or having an invitation opened first, does not establish entitlement. Only one referral or promotional code may be used per new firm; offers cannot be combined under this promotion.

The recipient may change the selected code before confirmation. Afterwards, codes cannot be added or exchanged, except to correct a verified technical error. Each referral code may qualify one intended new firm only. Another authorised colleague of that firm may complete registration using the code. Codes must not be sold or reused for unrelated firms.

6 One award per new firm

Only one pair of £100 referral awards is available for each eligible new firm. Multiple contacts, email addresses, branches, registration attempts, code submissions or confirmation clicks do not create extra rewards. Existing registered firms cannot obtain a new joining reward by registering again.

7 Using credits and expiry

If a receiving firm already has access to Olimey's live services, its award is added to its balance and can be spent immediately. If it is waiting for access, its award is held and added to its balance when access is provided. No credit expiry period runs while that firm is waiting for its initial service access.

Each award expires 90 days after it is added to the firm's balance, which is when it first becomes available to spend. The account will show its expiry date. Awards retain separate expiry dates. Logging out, later suspending an account or reactivating it does not restart the period.

Credits can be used against any Olimey service charge. Each £100 award offsets £100 of charges including VAT. Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash, sold, transferred between firms or applied retrospectively to charges already paid. Any charges exceeding available credits remain payable at the applicable price.

8 Verification and misuse

Olimey may verify firm identity and referral eligibility before registration is completed. False information, duplicate accounts and attempts to evade the eligibility rules do not qualify. Credits awarded in error or obtained through misuse may be reversed, with a recorded explanation. A firm may contact support@olimey.ai to request review. Olimey will not reverse an otherwise valid reward merely because the referred firm remains on the waiting list or does not subsequently use the service.

9 Invitations and personal information

Participants must not use the promotion for unlawful, misleading or bulk unsolicited invitations. Olimey may decline, limit or suppress invitations. Olimey emails an invitation only where the law allows it to; otherwise the referring firm is given its code to share personally. Personal information is handled as described in the Olimey Privacy Notice, including identifying the inviter to the recipient and recording referral attribution and rewards. Participation does not itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

10 Promotion duration and changes

There is no fixed closing date for this promotion. Olimey may close or change it for future registrations by publishing the change. A valid invitation already issued under these terms will retain its stated offer; any expiry applicable to that invitation must have been disclosed when issued. Changes will not reduce credits already awarded or retrospectively alter a confirmed registration's offer.

The seven-day expiry of an email verification link is a security measure, not a credit expiry or referral deadline. A replacement verification link may be requested while the referral remains eligible.

11 Other terms and disputes

Olimey's service terms govern use of the platform; these promotion terms govern this referral reward. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
